We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please do so at least one week before your scheduled pickup or fulfillment date to receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee refunds for cancellations made within six days of your pickup or fulfillment date. We understand that sometimes you may need to move your date up due to unforeseen circumstances, but please note that limited availability may prevent us from fulfilling your order. Nonetheless, we will do our best to accommodate your requests and will refund your total if we are unable to do so.
